Shipping Policy:

Many of Emma Elizabeth Jewelry's items are made to order an are typically ready to ship with in 5-7 business days but can occasionally take up to 4 weeks. Bespoke designs typically are ready to ship between 6-8 weeks of the purchase but can on occasion take longer. Though expedited purchases are not guaranteed, if you need an item sooner, please contact Emma Elizabeth Jewelry to receive a quote before you place your order. Emma Elizabeth Jewelry ships Monday through Friday excluding national holidays.

Lost Items:

Emma Elizabeth jewelry is not reliable for any lost or stolen packages. Emma Elizabeth Jewelry strongly encourages the additional purchase of insurance. If you wish to purchase insurance on an item you must get in contact before you place the order or immediately after so I can purchase the insurance and send you an invoice. Signature upon delivery is a requirement when you purchase from Emma Elizabeth Jewelry.

International shipping:

Emma Elizabeth Jewelry will ship first-class international. With this option, there is no tracking for your packages once it enters customs. Emma Elizabeth Jewelry is not responsible for lost items during transit. Please contact if you would like to explore other shipping options. Note, due to federal law and postal guidelines, Emma Elizabeth Jewelry declares the actual invoiced item(s) amount on international customs forms and does not mark items as gifts. Customers are responsible for any taxes or duties that may be assessed by their country's customs.

Bespoke Policy:

Discounts are not permitted on bespoke commissions. Bespoke designs typically are ready to ship between 6-8 weeks of the purchase but can on occasion take longer. All bespoke commissions require a non-refundable payment of half down before they begin. Please note that all Bespoke orders and sale items are final sale. In addition, any piece of jewelry that has been modified for any reason (ie. ring resizing, necklace length adjustment, etc.) to fit your needs is also considered bespoke and is non-refundable once altered.

Quality Guarantee:

Emma Elizabeth Jewelry stands behind the quality and excellence of merchandise. Repairs will be happily provided free of charge in the case of a production fault. If an item is damaged due to a non-production related reason, please contact Emma Elizabeth Jewelry to determine the course of action for repair. If the item is repairable, a quote for the cost of repair can be made available for review. Repairs or alterations, such as ring resizing or chain lengthening, typically involve a charge. To have the patina re-applied to the text of a ring, bracelet or necklace, please contact Emma Elizabeth Jewelry. Patina re-application is free of charge but you will be responsible for shipping to and from the studio.

Return Policy:

Contact Emma Elizabeth Jewelry within 7 days of the date you received your purchase to be refunded. Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase with their original packaging and in perfect, unworn condition to be eligible for a refund. Refund does not include return shipping costs or processing fees. All bespoke commissions require a non-refundable payment of half down before they begin. Please note that all Bespoke orders and sale items are final sale. In addition, any piece of jewelry that has been modified for any reason (ie. ring resizing, necklace length adjustment, etc.) to fit your needs is also considered bespoke and is non-refundable once altered.
